Shipping Regions

We currently ship Augmented NAC products to customers across Africa, the Middle East, and select international locations. Our primary distribution hubs are located in:

  • Harare, Zimbabwe - Serving Africa
  • Dubai, UAE - Serving Middle East and international markets

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

DHL delivery within 48 hours

Johannesburg, Sandton & Pretoria, South Africa

Own courier delivery within 24 hours

Cape Town, South Africa

Collection from Cresta Grande Hotel

Dubai & Business Bay, UAE

Careem delivery within 24 hours

Middle East outside Dubai

DHL delivery within 48 hours

Everywhere else

We ship via DHL and you choose the available DHL delivery option at checkout

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer:

  • Standard shipping - Most economical option
  • Express shipping - Faster delivery (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

International Orders

For international shipments, please note:
