At StemCode, we stand behind the quality of our Augmented NAC products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unopened products in their original packaging. Opened products may be eligible for return at our discretion if there is a quality issue.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and in its original packaging (for standard returns)
• In the same condition that you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will:

1. Inspect the item within 3-5 business days
2. Send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund
3. Process approved refunds within 7-10 business days
4. Credit the refund to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
